Preston North End vs Leicester City

QPR’s 4-0 win over Leeds on Friday guaranteed Leicester will be back in the Premier League this season and that will have come as a relief to the Foxes after a few wobbles lately.

Enzo Maresca’s side have lost each of their last three away matches 1-0 to Bristol City, Millwall and Plymouth, who are all below Monday opponents Preston in the Championship table.

However, the situation is a lot easier following the result of Loftus Road and they face a team who are fading badly and struggling to find the net.

Preston made a storming start to the season after they won six and drew two of their opening eight games of the campaign but they have simply been unable to keep up with the pace.

They have lost their last three games against Norwich, Southampton and QPR and it is difficult to be confident about them keeping their promoted opponents at bay.

Even if the Foxes have been struggling on the road and celebrating after their promotion was confirmed.

North End’s lack of goals is a worry which suggests this is a match that generates fewer than three goals.

And one may be enough for the visitors so those who favour a correct-score punt are pointed towards a 1-0 away win.
